Pea Soup '07
SARAH'S GREEN SPLIT PEA SOUP p. 118 LDV Prepared 12/3/07
Easy, straightforward soup which will serve you well if you are a fan of the genre (I am). We had neither turnip nor celery, so I added an extra carrot, as sweet potato and some extra spices.
